Serão 4 grupos de 4 participantes, onde os jogos são somente de IDA.
Melhores 2 de cada grupo avançam para os mata-mata, onde serão jogos de IDA e VOLTA.
Não há regra de gol fora de casa. Em caso de empate nas duas partidas, somando-se os gols, terá uma terceira partida de 5 minutos (deixar rolando, sem jogar) e avançar direto para penalidades.
